INSPECTION DATES: One week prior to Auction Sale. Auctioneers make no
guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind. Please
inspect equipment. Every Item sold “AS IS – WHERE IS”. ALL SALES ARE
FINAL.
AS
SOON AS YOU ARE DECLARED the winning bidder you are responsible for
the item purchased.
Guard against theft or damage. You will have to pay for items in full.
REMOVAL DATES: ALL equipment must be removed within one (1) week
following date of sale.
DISCLAIMER: Information is from sources deemed reliable but is not
guaranteed by Potato State Auction Group, Inc. or Harding &
Associates. Purchaser shall have the sole responsibility to inspect
the property and inform himself of the true condition thereof.
Purchaser accepts the responsibility before submitting any offer or
executing any contract.
This offer is subject to prior sale or withdrawal by owner at anytime.
The
listing of equipment is only a guide. All announcements made on
Auction day,
supersede any prior oral statements or printed material.
TERMS
OF SALE: All purchases must be paid in full day of Auction by cash or
bankable check in US funds. No purchases may be removed until paid in
full. Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse issuing a bidding card.
If
payment is not honored for any reason (including but not limited to
N.S.F., stop payment order, or the like)
buyer agrees to pay $20 return fee and if said payment is placed in
the hands of an attorney for collection, to pay all reasonable
attorney’s fees incurred, together with all costs of the suit.
Buyer will pay any legal state
sales tax due on any item to buyers failure
to qualify as exempt from said tax.
In order to bid on items,
you must register the day of the sale. There is no charge for
registration. All bidders are required to provide satisfactory photo
identification (identity card, driver’s license).
No person shall have any claim
against Auctioneers, their agents, employees, or principals for any
injuries sustained, or for damages to or loss of property which may
occur from any cause whatsoever.
COLLUSION WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. In accordance with the Sherman Act,
it is unlawful to agree not to bid against another buyer, punishable
by fines and prison.
